THE VERY FIRST AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE (ATM) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BELISON, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE.
Computerized banking had reached the smallest and 5th class Municipality of Belison in the Province of Antique. Blessing and ceremonial ribbon cutting were conducted on the inauguration of the very first Automated Teller Machine (ATM) located at the Rizal Shrine beside CENRO building.
The Landbank of the Philippines and the Local Government Unit of Belison aims to bring banking services closer to the people of Belison. The newly installed ATM will also cater salaries and wages of the municipal employees of Belison. It will also be a great benefit to the Belisongnons especially this time of pandemic for they don’t need to travel to San Jose, Antique to withdraw.
Mayor Christopher H. Piccio is very grateful to the Landbank of the Philippines for their contribution to the continuing development and progress of Belison.
The newly installed ATM is now available to serve clients and government beneficiaries in the Municipality of Belison.
Kudos Belison for being a “Yes, to progress municipality!”
Ugwad ta Belison!
